About us
Autosupp is a UAE-based retailer of car fragrance, interior protection and selected accessories, shipped from our Dubai fulfilment network. Product pages identify whether an item is original/OEM or third-party before checkout.
Autosupp is our customer-facing store name, operated in the UAE by Dream Day Trading – F.Z.E. The Autosupp brand is used for customer communications, product pages, checkout and support.
Products & pricing
We make every effort to display products, prices, origin labels, fitment information, and availability accurately. Prices are shown in AED and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send an order confirmation. Payments are handled securely by our third-party payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Shipping & returns
Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. UAE orders over AED 149 ship free; GCC shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Returns are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy.
