Unopened items — free returns & exchanges
If you change your mind, you may return or exchange an eligible item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging — no reason needed. Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Opened items — not returnable
For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance, sealed consumable, and made-to-fit interior items may not be returnable unless damaged, defective, or sent in error. Product-specific exceptions are shown on the product page where relevant.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Every order ships inspected. If your item arrives damaged, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Please Contact Us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm the return address and next steps before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
